TNLA Leadership Bootcamp: Hogue Landscape’s Newest Graduate
Hogue Employee, Yazayra Figueroa, has graduated from TNLA’s Leadership Bootcamp, a 6 month long course about leadership in the green-industry.
Each year, the TNLA Foundation brings together leaders from across the Texas green industry to step away from daily demands and focus on people, leadership, and the future of the industry. Our Project Estimator, Yazayra Figueroa, was selected to participate in this immersive program designed to develop confident, capable leaders who drive operational success from the ground up.

This expansive 4.5-acre modern estate combines architectural precision with a richly layered landscape, creating a property that requires thoughtful, year-round maintenance to preserve its bold, clean aesthetic. From the structured geometry of the turf and hardscapes to the diverse plant palette, every element of the landscape is designed to complement the home’s contemporary lines and provide a cohesive, elegant outdoor environment.
RIENZI Museum of Fine Arts: Project Overview & Challenges
This project began as part of a design competition to transform a museum garden space into a vibrant, immersive landscape. The inspiration came from a painting by Martin Johnson Heade, a 19th-century American artist known for his lush depictions of South American rainforests, hummingbirds, and orchids.
